    because when the owner deeds into a landtrust its hidden who actually owns the property. trusts are made to hide identity. she deeds it into a trust that says she is the beneficary . we then make her sign a paper that says she conveys all her beneficiary rights to our company. nobody knows this until closing because its all unrecorded info. the only thing that gets recorded in the Deed To Trust…

    This method works anywhere, Its a land trust.. Its not illegal to deed a property into a trust.
